• Completion of interior, built-in furniture, doors, windows – 10%
• Villa completion and handover – 8%

Common area maintenance fee is 30 THB/Sq m Including services: Security, common electricity clubhouse facilities, garbage collection.

Sinking fund is 200,000 THB. One-time contribution for sinking fund required for each villa
